9th Grade Address Verification

Mandatory for all 9th Graders

IT IS MANDATORYFOR ALL 9th GRADE STUDENTS TO HAVE 3 PROOFS OF ADDRESS ON FILE PRIOR TO BEGINNING THE SCHOOL YEAR. THEY MUST BE SUBMITTED NO LATER THAN JULY 1.

THE FOLLOWING ARE ACCEPTABLE DOCUMENTS THAT MUST BE IN THE PARENT/GUARDIAN’S NAME AND MUST BE FROM MAY OF THIS YEAR OR LATER:

  • Property tax payment receipts 
  • Vehicle registration
  • Voter registration
  • Drivers license
  • Income tax returns
  • Any documents from the local state or federal government
  • Water, garbage, sewer bills with the address of where service is provided
  • Television cable, satellite, internet service bills showing where service is provided
  • Landline phone bills
  • Property/income insurance policies and bills showing the physical address
  • Rental and lease documents, not a simple receipt or letter from another person, and a print out of a ledger showing rental payment history
  • Check stubs with a physical address

YOU HAVE 2 OPTIONS FOR SUBMITTING THESE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS: - OPTION 1 -

OPTION 2 - Bring your 3 proofs of address to the Main Office between 8am-4pm Monday- Friday.
