"Herff Jones’ management has made a hard choice to add a service fee to all online orders placed through the Yearbook Order Center.

As we all know, costs and surcharges are going up nationwide. One that is hitting us particularly hard is the increase in credit card processing fees. Herff Jones has always absorbed that cost and maintained that for a long time, however with the increase in fees, HJ can no longer absorb it all. Starting January 15, there will be a processing surcharge at checkout for online book sales only. If you are selling ads online, there will be no change.

For your school, parents will see an additional $4.99 fee at checkout.

We appreciate you so very much and apologize for this late announcement. We would have loved to give you more lead time before this takes effect!"
