IT IS MANDATORY FOR ALL 9th GRADE STUDENTS TO HAVE 3 PROOFS OF ADDRESS ON FILE PRIOR TO BEGINNING THE 22-23 SCHOOL YEAR. THEY MUST BE SUBMITTED NO LATER THAN JULY 1, 2022.
THE FOLLOWING ARE ACCEPTABLE DOCUMENTS THAT MUST BE IN THE PARENT/GUARDIAN’S NAME AND MUST BE FROM MAY 2022 OR LATER:
- Property tax payment receipts
- Vehicle registration
- Voter registration
- Drivers license
- Income tax returns
- Any documents from the local state or federal government
- Water, garbage, sewer bills with the address of where service is provided
- Television cable, satellite, internet service bills showing where service is provided
- Landline phone bills
- Property/income insurance policies and bills showing the physical address
- Rental and lease documents, not a simple receipt or letter from another person, and a print out of a ledger showing rental payment history
- Check stubs with a physical address
YOU HAVE 2 OPTIONS FOR SUBMITTING THESE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:
- OPTION 1 -

- OPTION 2 -
Bring your 3 proofs of address to the Attendance Office window between 8am-4pm Monday- Friday.

PROCEDIMIENTOS PARA ENTREGAR COMPROBANTES DE DOMICILIO
ES OBLIGATORIO PARA TODOS LOS ESTUDIANTES DE 9º GRADO TENER 3 COMPROBANTES DE DOMICILIO EN EL ARCHIVO ANTES DE COMENZAR EL AÑO ESCOLAR 22-23. FAVOR DE ENTREGAR ANTES DEL 1 DE JULIO 2022.
LOS SIGUIENTES SON DOCUMENTOS ACEPTABLES QUE DEBEN ESTAR EN EL NOMBRE DEL PADRE /TUTOR Y SERA DE MAYO 2022 O MÁS TARDE:
- Recibos de pago de impuestos a la propiedad
- Registro de Vehículo
- Registro de votantes
- Licencia de conducir
- Retorno del impuesto del ingreso
- Cualquier documento del estado local o del gobierno federal
- Facturas de agua, basura, alcantarillado con la dirección de donde se presta el servicio
- Televisión por cable, satélite, facturas de servicio de internet que muestran dónde se presta el servicio
- Facturas de teléfono fijo
- Pólizas de seguro de propiedad / ingresos y facturas que muestran la dirección física
- Documentos de alquiler y arrendamiento, no un simple recibo o carta de otra persona, y una impresión de un libro de contabilidad que muestre el historial de pagos de alquiler
- Talón de cheques con una dirección física
TIENES 2 OPCIONES PARA ENVIAR ESTOS DOCUMENTOS REQUERIDOS:
- OPCIÓN 1 -
Enviar 3 comprobantes de domicilio a Ashley.Cano@salinasuhsd.org o marilyn.espinoza2@salinasuhsd.org
- OPCIÓN 2 -
Traiga sus 3 comprobantes de domicilio a la ventana de la Oficina de Asistencia entre 8am a 4pm de lunes a viernes.
